Originally Beets Catering, Inc., an offsite catering company, the company has over thirty years of experience in a wide variety of events, logistics, clientele and cuisine. In 2004, the company fully transitioned from an offsite caterer to a first-class event management company with the opening of the Palm Event Center in the Vineyard. Quickly becoming known for superlative events and restaurant-caliber cuisine, the staff and event venue’s reputation grew, culminating with the opening of the company’s second event property, Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery in 2008. Today, the chefs at Beets are pivoting to meet new needs by offering a great way to purchase hand-curated gifts and show support for local businesses.
